Eng. Dina Al. Salamen

Vice President and Head of Cyber and Information Security

Eng. Dina Al. Salamen is the Vice President and Head of Cyber and Information Security. She has worked for international organizations including Arab Bank and Bank ABC for more than 17 years. She was recently selected to be part of the EC-Council International Advisory Board (CISO Program), and she has been recognized as one of the top 100 talented women in Cybersecurity.

She also gives keynote speeches on cybersecurity and has a genuine love for innovative technologies such as blockchain, big data, and artificial intelligence. She took part in a number of international conferences, including LEAP 2024 in Riyadh, Blackhat MEA 2023 in Riyadh, MENA Cyber Security Summit in Riyadh, and GISEC 2024 and 2023 in Dubai.

Furthermore, she holds accreditation as a PECB Trainer and as a certified instructor by the ECCouncil. She conducts several training sessions in the areas of cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and data privacy.

Additionally, she participates in numerous advisory communities concerning Cybersecurity and CBDC within Jordan’s financial sector.

Dr. Amin has been a pivotal figure at Kaspersky since 2013, currently serving as the Head of the Research Center within the Global Research and Analysis Team (GReAT) for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region. In this role, he spearheads Kaspersky’s efforts in threat hunting, tracking, and the expansion of research, while enhancing the organization’s expertise positioning in the META area.

Holding a Ph.D. in Smart Cities Information Security from Brunel University London, Dr. Amin boasts a specialization in comprehensive cyber-defense strategies and the development of anti-Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) methodologies. His career is marked by contributions to a host of large-scale, intricate defensive projects across infrastructure, industrial sectors, and consultancy services, catering to key national, governmental, financial, telecommunications, and oil & gas entities. Beyond his project work, Dr. Amin is recognized as an authority in cybersecurity forensics, malware analysis, and threat intelligence and hunting, roles in which he also serves as a trainer. His scholarly output includes several publications on cutting-edge malware tactics and smart city security, subjects on which he has delivered presentations at numerous international forums.

Abdulrahman Alsafh

OT/ICS Cybersecurity Director

Abdulrahman Alsafh is currently the OT/ICS Cybersecurity Director at Resilience, prior to that he began his OT/ICS journey as an OT/ICS system integrator and application engineer, working in this capacity for six years. He spent eight years at SIEMENS Ltd. Saudi Arabia, where he held multiple positions, ultimately becoming the cybersecurity business owner. He worked at Ernst & Young as an OT/ICS Cybersecurity Senior Consultant, engaging in projects across the GCC, Europe, and Africa. At ORSTED Energy, he served as an OT cybersecurity manager in Denmark.

Abdulrahman has 20 years of experience in OT/ICS and cybersecurity, having worked on various projects globally, including offshore wind farm mega projects, power transmission and distribution plants, refineries, and water desalination and treatment plants, in addition to industrial sector-related projects. He holds multiple certifications in OT/ICS and cybersecurity, including ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Specialist and ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist. Abdulrahman brings a wealth of practical experience and a deep understanding of both OT/ICS and cybersecurity.
